Relax, it's easier than you think. At Mount Pleasant you can wear whatever's comfortable, park in reserved guest spots, and expect about 70 minutes of contemporary music and a practical message. There's safe, fun children's ministry, no pressure to give, and friendly people ready to help. You can simply observe and take it all in.
First-time nerves are normal, so here's the plan. At our Greenwood campus, look for reserved guest parking near the main entrance. Doors open about 20 minutes early, and you'll see team members in lanyards who are there specifically to help. Stop by the NEW HERE tent for a free gift and a real person to answer anything.
Expect a warm, relaxed room. A typical service runs around 70 minutes and includes contemporary worship music, a down-to-earth message that connects to everyday life, and communion. You're welcome to sing along or just listen, to take notes or simply soak it in. There's no spotlight on guests and no awkward stand-up-and-introduce-yourself moment.
Bibleopolis, our children's ministry for newborn through 4th grade, runs during every service with secure check-in that opens 15 minutes early. It's safe, age-specific, and genuinely fun. Most kids ask to come back, which makes the whole thing easier on parents.
Whatever is comfortable for you. You'll see jeans, shorts, hoodies, and the occasional button-down. We care far more about you being here than about what you wear.

No. Guests are never expected to give, and you won't be put on the spot. You can simply come, observe, and leave whenever you like.
Tell us you're coming and we'll be watching for you, or just show up. Either way, you're welcome.
